Key Points:
- Application forms are available only during the application intake period (generally between early October and November). They can be accessed from a link on this page.
- Applicants are strongly encouraged to apply online
- All documentation must be clear and legible.
- The declaration box MUST be signed.

Every year there are a number of applicants who do not sign the appropriate sections which means that their application cannot be accepted. Applicants are strongly advised to read the declarations carefully and sign the following three places on each of the copies you send:
- Application Declaration
- Self-Assessment Medical Report Declaration
- Authorisation and Release Form
Please note that with the online application you MUST print out the application pages before you can submit it. This is because online applicants will need to submit 3 print-outs/copies of their application form.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to apply online. With online application detailed information is available next to each question allowing faster completion; important details will not be lost through illegibility; and the processing of the application will be faster allowing earlier decisions to be made.
If you do not have internet access at home it may be of note that many local libraries offer internet access, often free.
If, however, you have great difficulty accessing the internet you will be able to download the application form as a pdf file here. If you do not have access to a printer please write to the JET Desk explaining this and we will print out and send a copy to you.
